This is such an exciting piece because I've never seen anything like it before, and it is so very useful!
You print and hang it on your wall.  In the morning, you randomly point to an affirmation and use that affirmation throughout the day by repeating it to yourself.

Ways to Print 
1. At home if you have a printer. (Print quality will differ based on quality of printer.)
2. At your local print shop or photo center.
3. Using an online print service such as Staples, Office Max, Walmart, Target, Costco, Shutterfly, etc.
 
Tips
1. For best results, it is recommended to print on high-quality paper.  Alternative printing mediums are acceptable as well, as long as the printer accepts PNG files.
2. Create a gallery wall by framing, hanging up with decorative clips, or using washi tape.
3. Save the image to your phone or computer and use it as a background.
