Manifest Happiness


We live in such a magical, magnificent world! There is magic all around us, we only need to learn how to manipulate the energies of life to capture exactly what we desire.


Manifesting happiness is all about aligning yourself with the vibrations of happiness and it will manifest in your life. Sounds woo-woo, doesn't it?


It is a little beyond our normal scope of reality, but that doesn't make it any less real.


Let's take a little side step. Our personal reality is created in our minds. If we think something is good - it's good. If we think something is bad - it's bad. A perfect example of this is how some people love snakes, and others are terribly afraid of them.


So, whatever YOU see as making you happy equals happiness in your reality. It doesn't matter what anybody else thinks, or how they find their happiness. I point this out because many times we chase after what everybody else is doing, looking for the same happiness that they find by doing a certain activity. It doesn't work that way.


Now we can get back to manifesting happiness.


What makes you happy? Write it down! If you don't know what makes you happy, write down what you think would make you happy. And then - do it. Do the things that make you happy.


Like energy attracts like energy, so when you are happy, you will manifest more happiness. It will eventually get to a point where it snowballs and you'll wake up one day in awe of what your life has become.


If you want a bonus tip, it would be this: visualize yourself as a happy person. Take 4 minutes a day and in your mind, see yourself as the happiest version of yourself you can imagine.


The simplicity might be overlooked, so I'll say it again.


To manifest happiness:

  1. Know what makes you happy.

  2. Do the things that make you happy.

  3. Visualize yourself as a happy person.

Do this for one week. I promise you will see a positive change in your life.
