Magic Recipe - Ommm
For inner peace.
Chamomile, lavender or other herbal tea, Chamomile or lavender candle, timer, journal, and pen
Make your tea, and then light your candle in a place you won’t be disturbed.
Set your timer for 10 minutes. Journal about your problems/fears or about how good things are.
After your timer dings, stop writing and set it for another 10 minutes.
Focus on your breath. Breathe in four counts. Hold five counts. Exhale eight counts. Do this until your timer dings again.
Finish your tea and write nice things in your journal if you feel like it.
This magic recipe is all about feeling peaceful inside. So if you have something pressing on your mind, go ahead and write about it! Doing so will make it so you can release it and focus on the good.
