Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)


Are you ready to learn some crazy shiz? It's something so simple and so weird, but it works so very well!


It's called the Emotional Freedom Technique / EFT / Tapping.


In layman's terms, you tap certain parts of your body, and by doing so, you will clear negativity, allowing you to attain the result you desire. I'm tellin' ya. I thought it was nonsense, but it is far from that. It works, and it helps almost instantly.


As taught in acupuncture, you have meridians all over your body. These meridians carry energy around your body. If one gets blocked or sluggish, you get out of whack. This could come in the form of physical or emotional out-of-whackness. We don't want either, right?


Personally, I do tapping rather lackadaisical. I definitely could do it better. (But it still works!) Because of that, I will let the experts explain precisely what it is and how to do it.


A man named Gary Craig "founded" tapping. The Ortner siblings brought it mainstream, and then it really caught on, and SO many people are teaching it now.
