Change Your Life with Visualization
So you want to change your life. Jump on board because I've got some good news for you! You don't need special crystals or hundreds of dollars. You don't need a guru or meditation pad. You only need your imagination. And, don't worry. If you know what you want (which you do), you have plenty of imagination to get you there.
We're talkin' about visualization. Even if the whole concept seems a bit woo-woo for you, it will totally be worth your time. You can even do it as you are drifting off to sleep! In fact, that's one of the best times to visualize.
The method is simple.
1. Before you visualize, come up with a loose scenario for what you will see happen. Always make it for a point in time AFTER you have what you want. So see the celebration, the happiness, and the things you can do now that you have achieved your goal.
2. Relax, close your eyes, and start seeing your picture in your mind.
3. Use all of your senses in your imagination if you can. See, hear, smell, touch, and speak in your visualization as much as possible.
4. Visualize for 3-5 minutes a day.
That's it! You will be amazed at how well visualization can change your life. Give it time and allow your visualizations to grow naturally.
