10 Daily Happiness Tips & Ideas

Here are 10, quick and easy tips and ideas to get happy!

  1. Think back on happy memories and allow yourself to feel them all over again! You can even call the person who is included in the memory to reminisce and it will double your happiness!

  2. Write down all the things you love about yourself. Don't be shy - write down all the reasons you are great!

  3. DANCE! Put on one of your favorite songs, dance, and move your body in whatever way it feels good to you. Don't worry about looking silly. The silliness is the best part.

  4. Go outside and walk barefoot on the grass or dirt! As odd as it sounds, it will release negativity in your body and fill you up with goodness.

  5. Repeat the Ho'oponopono prayer 7 times in a row. (I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.) Even if you don't know the meaning behind it, it is magical!

  6. Thinking of someone you love, make a list of the qualities you admire about them, and then give them that list.

  7. Write a letter to your future self! Talk about the excitement you have for the future, and show gratitude to yourself for making it happen.

  8. Write about whatever comes to mind for 30 minutes straight. Don't stop writing, even if you have to write, "I don't know what to write about." After a while, you'll get to some real issues that have been bothering you and you'll feel so much better to have them out of your head and on paper. It is amazing how this helps you release the issues.

  9. Pretend that you already are the version of yourself that you want to be! Spend a whole day doing this and make decisions from this place of being.

  10. Listen to a great visualization, like this one.
